The good:
Timing belt, water pump, oil change, front main, cam seals, tensioner, idler all done by me in last 2,000 miles.
Only Mobil 1 since he purchased the car at about 100k.
Brand new all seasons on stock wheels
Car is tight and feels good
Great interior

The bad:
Needs a top. It is torn across the top of the glass window. It doesn't leak with some tape on it but it will need to be done. I will replace the top for $500 on top of the sale cost.
Rocker rot is starting on the passenger side.
The center console doesn't lock so well anymore.
