Sorry for the ignorance, can someone explain to me how to read this 21.5x8-13.
Is that 21.5 inches wide, 8 inches thick?

Iirc it is 21.5" tall with 8" of "treadwidth"

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe to run in SM you must have DOT-approved tires (such as Hoosier A6, Kumho V710, etc.). The tires in the Ebay links are true racing tires and would bump you to Prepared.
