Okay, good news and bad news:
Bad news is that we have been pushed out of our November 2nd date at Salem Civic Center by Sesame Street Live. The 3rd is also N/A.
Good news: Rob Leslie and I have found three options on where/ when we can move the event to. They are listed in the poll above. I would like you to choose which dates are acceptable to you. I will contact the "winner" of the poll on Monday, October 7th and get the event scheduled.
EDIT: Roanoke it is! Making the call today.

Sunday is the day of autcross.... plus some people have to work on saturdays and with the schedule changes dont have the option to put in for a day off.

Ok, I mean either would work with me as far as advance planning, but my scheduling is reversed from that. I'm off most Saturdays till the evening, but work Sundays.

Personally I do not mind racing on Saturday, however I think what we need is another Roanoke event. No other place has given us the exposure that the Roanoke civic center gave to us. I believe racing at Roanoke again will begin to get more people involved with the club and eventually get more people out there racing with us.

For some reason, every time I try to complete the poll I get "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again." Both of the November locations & dates are agreeable for me.
*edit* I got the form to submit. I had my preference for the board set to a different style than default, which apparently causes forms to be sent incorrectly.

Seeing that it is tied I think Anthony's vote should get moved over to the day he actually wants!! Also the Roanoke Roanoke civic center will help draw a bigger crowd. We should put some banners up at sheetz if we are allowed.

Something else to consider if anyone cares: We can get Salem for a significantly lower fee than Roanoke for this event, and the money saved will go into the donation pot.

I think the added people that Roanoke brought might make up for that... and maybe we could attract a few more regulars into the mix for next year. I do think we need to display better for the next Roanoke event.. maybe where you could see the trailer or a big banner from the road.
