When was the last time the water pump/timing belt was done? Interior? What problem is the fuel pump/line causing?

Sorry, I really don't know about water pump or any other things like timing belt etc., but when I get the car first time I'm always replacing everything anyway. I don't trust anybody with my cars.
About the fuel lines or pump, he told me that car is running fine but after some driving it will start bogging.
I'm sure it will be easy fix, but you never know.
Let me know how much you think would be a good price.
