24 Hour Endurance race coming to Nashville Superspeedway

Post by Izzy's Cages »

CHUMP Car World Series is coming to Nashville Superspeedway in July. For those of you who haven't heard, CHUMP Car is REAL endurance racing for $500.00 valued cars (safety equipment and other areas are exempt). Teams from all over will compete for 24 hours of real wheel to wheel racing. This is NOT a party with a race thrown in... no goofy penalties, no dressing up (unless that's your thing) and definitely not a crash up derby.

CHUMP also has an Exemption Class that allows SCCA/NASA IT/PT, Spec Miata and other Spec cars (RX7, Neon, E30/36, 944 etc) to run within their rulebook so they can come out and play too w/o having to worry about claiming or the normal CHUMP rules.

This is not a demo-derby that the other similar series is known for. In 24 hours of racing @ Iowa Speedway, out of 30-40 cars, there were under 5 car to car incidents.

Minimum of 4 drivers per team required. 2 hours maximum per driver stint. The seat time cannot be beat... CHUMP is also looking for workers for the event as well as running a 24 hour event can be exhausting on the workers too.

The Firecracker 24

Firecracker 400? That's NOTHING compared to the Firecracker 24. The 400 is only 400 miles... we're talking 24-hours of great racing at a great raceway! The full ROVAL! It's also going to be a Chumpstock Festival! Music, food, great times!

Please let them know that Eggboy Racing sent you!

Any questions, let me know!
