Tire mounting

Post by glenthompson »

SCCA members on the east side of Roanoke can get tires mounted & balanced at Quantum on Orange Ave. They are just west of the intersection with Gus Nicks Blvd.

Price is $10 per tire for wheels and tires dropped off. Tire disposal is included.

Be sure to tell them that you're a SCCA member and that we have a $10 rate.

I think I remember Tim W. taking some wheels/tires to King Tire in Pulaski for me to have mounted up. I didn't get them balanced, as they were my autox tires, but they only charged $7 per tire, IIRC. May be worth checking out if you're in that area.
