Most of you have seen my car and know a little about it.
Asking 3000 OBO with all wheels and tires. $2500 with one set of wheels and tires of your choice.
We have replaced a large percentage of the car since purchase, and have some decent results, it just has never seemed to come together as far as our driving goes at the right times.
The highlights-
Recent short block full rebuild (new bearings, rings...all gaskets...)
Recent junkyard transmission
Less than 1k on the clutch (oem replacement)
Revalved konis within about 3k miles (one rear adjuster is broken off!)
New front springs at that time (390lb/in)
Rear springs are 230 and unknown age
Adjustable rear sway (22mm)
2 sets of wheels (Enkei- 9.8lb ea, Plain 5 spoke- 20lb ea, both 15*7)
****Now only 2 sets of tires. Hankooks- 1-2/32, and SPTs with toe-out wear, but 2/3 life on most of most of the tires. ******
"Sport" seat- Tenzo
Brand new supertrapp
Hedman Header
New low mileage R/T cat
Unorthodox UD crank pulley
New Poly bushings throughout
Many new sensors, random stuff, etc and stuff that I forgot!
Car is in general in great shape, but has a rust spot by the fuel filler door. For the right price we can have that taken care of before sale.
The car trophied at the Dixie National Tour (4th place) with Pete Johnson driving. I was in 3rd on day 1. It has shown it can come close to keeping up with good driver/car combinations, even before the new suspension on the car.
