2015 Season annual awards and 2016-2017 officer elections

First, I apologize for this coming online so late. I will try to do better next year. Without further delay, here is the link to the ballot/ survey for all of the positions and awards available.

These options came from the nominations that Alan and I received. Some nominees declined and were removed.

I will be closing the survey the evening of January 17th to allow sufficient time to get the information to the trophy supplier so that the awards can be processed.
