I received an email that I would pass along from the FRS/BRZ club about an autocross through the carousel at Summit Point. Looks like it should be a blast.

Half-Day Autocross

We are doing this for our FRS/BRZ buddies as part of "86EXPO 2015" and they have just told us you are all welcome to sign up too! This event will take place on the 2.0 mile main circuit, timed runs will be in "the carousel" i.e. turns 4 through 8 -. It will be one big heat (or two smaller heats) with no work assignments, just nonstop runs! There will also be a bonus session on the track behind a pace car after timed runs have concluded. "In by 10, out by 4" means this is an easy day trip from all directions!

Be patient, there is a rumor they will reopen it..... I didn't get in either.
