Racing Karma

You do this stuff long enough and you find that racing karma will occasionally smile on you. I mentioned in the post below getting tagged in the RR corner late in the SARRC race by an spinning ITA car. The car felt OK after recovering and I was able to finish the race without losing position in class.

In impound we discovered that a piece of the other car’s front valance was stuck in the wheel. Somehow it held pressure (still is!)Finally got the car home to take a picture or two.

Got lucky this time, a nice change from some earlier (less happy) deals. Hoping to keep that karma thing going my way for awhile longer… :mrgreen:

Steve,that is incredble! Glad it turned out the way it did. I wonder what the odds are for that happening?
