Car transport companies
Can anyone recommend a car transport company? I need to get a car shipped from Iowa to Virginia. Trying to weight costs/time to go out and get it vs. having it shipped.

Re: Car transport companies
Go online and Google transport companies- get a broker's name- and numerous haul companies will wear your butt out w/ quotes (but, it works).
Brown's in Salem has some contacts and could give you a quote as well.
Or, a one way ticket and a spiffy road trip works as well (if it's streetable).

Re: Car transport companies
22 e-mails and a dozen phone messages later, I have a wide range of quotes. Problem is deciding which one is better. BBB ratings are all over the board, from A to F.
It's drivable but cost works out to about the same and shipping doesn't take as much time.
